Wee Dig Provan Hall

Wee Dig Provan Hall is an exciting community archaeology project to learn more about the history of this fascinating building.

Volunteers, students and schoolchildren have been working with experts from Northlight Heritage on an archaeological dig at Provan Hall House. They've unearthed some new facts about the building, and found pottery, metalwork and glass dating back to the 17th century! We've also used a 'middle aged spread' of fifteenth century food and cooking to look at medieval life.
